Target Students
Our Foundations of Hitting class is aimed at parents and new coaches looking for a process to teach their players (or own kids) the proper swing or the experienced coach focused on continued improvement.
Course Description
Students will be introduced to the fundamental skills for a successful baseball and fastpitch softball swing, practice identifying common flaws for youth hitters and learn the history of the Epstein Hitting System as it relates to rotational hitting, linear hitting and the Big League swing.
