Course Description

Analysis of fundamental swing skills broken up by upper half and lower half. Develop familiarity with the Epstein Hitting 7-day Program for instructors with an emphasis on the fixes for common baseball and fastpitch softball swing flaws. Introduction to the use of slow-motion video analysis to properly study video, identify swing flaws and create a customized drill plan to attack each player’s deficiency.
